The Temple of Self-Appreciation is a collective space for people to come together every fortnight (or as I feel called to open the space) for 90 minutes of Self-Appreciation.

You may what to prepare:

• Consider bringing the following items, though not necessary:  water, a mirror, tissues or a towel, and a candle.  
• Wear comfortable clothing and sit in a comfortable chair. 
• Bring an item that represents you (ie favorite scent, blanket, stone, sweater, crown, etc.)
